I surprised my husband with yoga, reiki, and breakfast on the beach, we had a wonderful time! Nicola is great, she helps you feel at ease and has wonderful energy that she shares with the group. Nuno, is pure sweetness - he started us off with yoga, my body really appreciated the much needed stretch, and he got us ready to relax for some meditation and reiki.
