The Retreat Host, Reiki Healer
& Self-Discovery, Spiritual Coach - Nicola Keel
With over eight years of experience in wellness and healing, I have dedicated my life to helping others reconnect with themselves, find inner peace, and step into their power. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, yoga instructor, and practitioner of cacao and sound healing, I create deeply transformative experiences that nurture the mind, body, and soul.
My journey into healing began during a time of personal hardship. Overcoming the challenges of an abusive relationship and high-stress jobs, I discovered the profound power of Reiki, yoga, and holistic wellness. These practices not only helped me heal but also ignited my passion for guiding others on their own paths of self-discovery and empowerment.
My work is about more than just the time we spend together—it's about giving you the tools to continue your healing long after the retreat ends. Through Reiki, yoga, cacao ceremonies, tarot, and sound healing, I guide you to look within, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Healing isn’t a quick fix; it’s a journey. That’s why everything I share with you—whether it’s through energy work, intuitive guidance, or self-care practices—can be taken home and woven into your daily life. My goal is to empower you with practices that help you trust yourself, find clarity, and create lasting change.

I had the pleasure of attending Nicola's retreat in October 2023. The girl did good 👍... I had an amazing time, everything was perfect. All the sessions planned were different, interesting and so worth taking part in. The group of people I met were wonderful and I will remember them all with fondness forever. The food was top notch. We did mediumship, tarot, yoga everyday, inner child work, a dance workshop, visualisation boards, a cacao cermoney, received Reiki from Nicola and had such a blast... if you snooze you loose... make sure you book onto the next one you won't be disappointed.
